Ever-present God, help me be open and available to those around me today. Slow me down that I may look them in the eyes and really listen. Whether they are family, friends or a chance encounter, allow me to see each person as an opportunity to be you for them—a witness to the kind of unconditional love and authentic encouragement my faith demands.
