Lord,  I come before you, humbled and seeking your grace.  I acknowledge my mistakes and ask for your forgiveness.  Help me to let go of anger and resentment, and to forgive those who have wronged me, just as you have forgiven me.  Grant me the strength to heal and to live a life that honours you.  Amen.
